What can be reported<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The reporting system can be used to communicate:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>illegal or fraudulent behavior;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>violations of the Code of Ethics or the Organizational Model 231\/2001 (if adopted);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>unfair practices, environmental offenses, abuse of power, conflicts of interest;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>risks to health, safety, or the environment;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>violations of national or European regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The following are not considered relevant reports: commercial complaints, personal requests, or general internal discontent.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5><strong>4. Submission methods<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Reports can be made in the following forms:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>written<\/strong>, by filling out the form available below;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>oral<\/strong>, via telephone channel;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>direct meeting<\/strong>, at the request of the whistleblower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You may report <strong>anonymously<\/strong>. All communications are handled with the utmost <strong>confidentiality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5><strong>5. Whistleblower protection<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Mancuso Gelati guarantees <strong>protection against any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization<\/strong>, whether direct or indirect, against the whistleblower.<br\/>The content of the report is handled by authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5><strong>6.
