Mancuso Gelati guarantees protection against any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization, whether direct or indirect, against the whistleblower.
The content of the report is handled by authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.

All personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR regulations (EU Reg. 2016/679) and stored for the time strictly necessary to manage the report.
